IIA’s Sponsors Historical Tucson Rodeo Parade

The Tucson Rodeo Parade, a century-old event takes place in Southern Arizona and commemorates Tucson’s long-standing history and tradition. On Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM, the event celebrates its 101st year and is the largest non-motorized parade in the United States.

The 2026 parade also holds a special treat for attendees. Bright circus wagons, donated by Michele Macfarlane, make an appearance this year. These well-preserved, historic wagons were once used to announce the arrival of the circus to Arizona towns.

As part of our efforts to foster community and local connections, Infinity Insurance Agency, Inc. (IIA) sponsored the 2026 Tucson Rodeo parade with a $2,500 donation, presented in 2025. IIA hopes this sponsorship facilitates parade preparations and creates opportunities for community members, including families and children, to enjoy this event.

The IIA team attended the press conference, where Chris Edwards, owner of Tucson Appliance, was announced Grand Marshal. We also got a unique behind-the-scenes look at the Tucson Wagon & History Museum, where Southern Arizona history is preserved.

The parade is part of the Tucson Rodeo festivities, also known as “La Fiesta de los Vaqueros.” Established in 1925, this event celebrates Arizona’s Old Frontier Spirit. To learn more about attending the festivities, visit the Tucson Rodeo Parade site.
