About this Policy
Kemper Corporation (“Kemper”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you visit our website, our mobile sites and our mobile device applications where this Policy is located (the “Services”).
This Policy describes common aspects of the privacy policies of our insurance businesses.
As all our businesses manage their own individual privacy policies, you may also look on their website pages for more information regarding privacy practices. Our businesses are not all subject to the same laws and may have different practices. This Policy only applies to Kemper affiliates. It does not apply to the practices of our licensees or business partners. These might include, for example, vendors or advertisers.
Your Requests and Submissions on the Services
When you use the Services, you may take certain types of action, such as filing a claim, emailing us, logging into your account, using tools or calculators, finding agents/agencies or asking a question about a particular insurance issue. Kemper owns insurance companies but is not itself in the business of insurance. Your request and information will be shared so that the responsible Kemper businesses or their agents may take appropriate action. For instance, the Services may provide online quotes. At this time, all online quotes are provided by our Kemper Direct business unit. Your request for an online quote will thus be automatically directed to that business unit for handling.
